1. Gralise is a medicine used according to prescription in people at 18 years and older for treating neuropathic pain (pain caused by damaged nerves) following healing of shingles (a painful rash resulted by a herpes zoster infection).
2. The safety and effectiveness of Gralise in people having epilepsy isn’t known, in children under 18 years old having postherpetic pain. It can’t be substituted with other gabapentin brands.
